University-Enterprise Cooperation

Goldpro has established industry-university-research cooperation relationships with seven institutions, including Beijing University of Science and Technology, North China University of Science and Technology, Beijing University of Technology, Hebei University of Technology, Hebei University of Science and Technology, Hebei University of Engineering, and Jiangxi University of Science and Technology. It is a cooperation unit with academicians and a postdoctoral innovation practice base.

Goldpro has built a provincial enterprise technology center and Hebei Provincial Technical Innovation Center for Grinding Balls, and is rated as a Grade A R&D institution among industrial enterprises in Hebei Province. It has formed a high-level technological innovation team led by academicians, which currently has more than 60 members, including 2 academicians and 11 experts/professors.

This innovation team has successively been awarded titles such as the "Giant Plan" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Team of Hebei Province, Excellent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Team of Hebei Province, and Top 10 Technological Innovation Teams of Handan City.

Corporate Advantages

Goldpro specializes in the production of wear-resistant grinding balls, grinding cylpebs, grinding rods for various industries including mining, thermal power, and construction materials. With specifications ranging from Φ20mm to Φ200mm and an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons, it is a domestic R&D and production base for large-diameter grinidng balls specially used in semi-autogenous grinding mills.

The products boast stable quality, high hardness, strong wear resistance, excellent grindability, good roundness, low breakage rate, high production efficiency, low energy consumption and no pollution. In terms of cost performance, they can reduce energy consumption by 10% to 40% compared with similar products.Goldpro has China's first fully automated production line for forged balls and practices the intelligent development goal of "Made in China 2025", ensuring the steady improvement of product quality.

All products manufactured by Goldpro comply with the national black metallurgy industry standard YB/T 091-2019 "Forged (Rolled) Grinding Balls" and adhere to the principle of meeting customer requirements and mining industry needs, thus ensuring rigorous and meticulous quality control.Goldpro is a drafter of the Hebei Provincial Local Standard "Wear-Resistant Grinding Rods for Rod Mills" and also one of the drafters of the national black metallurgy industry standard YB/T 091-2019 "Forged (Rolled) Grinding Balls".

Goldpro's grinding balls are highly favored by customers. Fifty percent of its products are exported to over 20 countries, including Australia, Ghana, Peru, Russia, Mongolia, the United States, Chile, Sudan and Brazil. Domestically, its market reaches 19 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, and the company has established stable cooperative relationships with large enterprises such as China Minmetals, Zijin Mining, Baowu Group, TISCO Group, Angang Group, Datang Group, Huaneng Power, Chinalco, CREC Resources and China National Gold Group.
